Just Love to Make Toys

I love to make little stuffed toys.  For church girls camp this year I made 25 little Zebra's one for each girl, and for the leaders that were there.

These Little turtles were a hit at last years Girls camp.  While sitting and making a cloth ball, I turned it rounded side up and said that could be a turtle, if it had legs, a tail and a head. They were small enough to fit in the palm of your hand.  I don't know what a group of turtles are call.  I think I can only do things in the masses. I make different size of balls, so I made a large turtle and the girls gave it to our Bishop, they all signed the bottom of the turtle.  My Niece was the Ward camp director.  When I took the turtles to her, Autumn her daughter fell in love with the turtles So I made her a couple of them while her mother was gone to camp and gave them to her.

Britt's purse

My granddaughter gave me a purse kit. I forgot and found that she had not included the pattern. Did a strange thing and decided to send purses to the granddaughters that live in the mountains.  Not remembering that the purse was the one I was given by the granddaughter, I sent it back to their home.  My daughter said she liked that purse better than the one on the box.  I did not get a picture taken of it so I can not post one but it was cute, Blue with fun fur on it, I guess I will have to ask for a picture. My daughter sent me the picture.  Lucked out that I sent the purse to the right house.
